Babies

I do not let my puppies leave before the age of
12-13 weeks. Japanese Chin puppies are very
tiny and fragile. This breed needs as much time
as possible to be with their mothers. Many of
our puppies are still nursing at 10 weeks of age.
Also, it is AGAINST the CODE OF ETHICS
with the Japanese Chin Club of America to
place them before 10-12 weeks (except under
unusual circumstances). So that should tell you
something about any breeder that would let you
take the puppy any earlier. Lastly, its just good
common sense.

ALL pet quality puppies leave here FULLY
vaccinated and wormed. They have their hearts
listened to for murmurs and patella checked.
Puppies are micro-chipped, for permanent
identification and they are SPAYED AND
NEUTERED before they leave. No exceptions.

Pet puppies are also placed on a five-year health
guarantee.

I WILL NOT sell a puppy as a breeding animal,
so please do not even bother asking. Any
puppy that leaves here intact, is to be shown,
and will be placed on a strict contract, drawn up
by our contract lawyer, stating those facts.

Boy puppy "Bert" Pet price for Bert will be $900

Age is 8 months old

Bert will be neutered before he leaves and
microchipped.

Bert is trained to go in and out of a doggy door.
He is very sweet and sociable. He is a quiet puppy
who loves to be held and cuddled.

Bert's reduced price will be $500

Darla is a sweet fun loving little girl. She is 16 weeks
old and will be ready to go to her new home soon. Pet
price for Darla is $1800.00 and that includes all her
vaccines, her spay and microchip.

On occasion I have older puppies that did not turn out for show.
These puppies are offered for sale at a reduced price. These
puppies are ALWAYS male. Female puppies are never offered
for less than the standard cost unless there is a physical
defect/injury.

When these reduced prices are put on a puppy, they must be
spayed/neutered at your cost. They will not be microchipped
and from now on they will not recieve AKC registration papers.
They will be vaccinated but you may or may not have to do the
rabies vaccines. These puppies will be sold "as is". However, as
with all my puppies, I will be here for you for the life of the dog.
If you need me I am always just a phone call away. I will not
replace or credit for any puppy sold at a reduced price.
